How you welcome new patients into your practice can make it easy for him/her to become a life-long patient or break your relationship and send them looking for someone else.
There are 4 parts to the process of welcoming a new patient into your practice:
- The Pre-visit Experience
- The Reception Experience
- The Visit Experience
- The Post-visit Experience
Each part has it’s own challenges and in this episode I share the best business savvy practices I’ve come across that leave patients, staff, and YOU feeling happy and positive about your new therapeutic relationship.
